Apartment Review for Harbour Gates Apartments - Annapolis, MD

This place is pretty much a disaster but let me start with the good things: 1. maintenance staff. very quick and professional 2. good location 3. good pool + gym 4. overall good service Now the disaster part of it: 1. kitchen is way too old and too small 2. actually everything inside is 80s 3. the dishwasher is louder than an airplane 4. the air conditioning has never been disinfected. think about breathing in all that stuff in summer and winter!.... :( 5. the laundry machines are loud, old and dont clean well. the clothes are cleaner before the wash 6. paper thin walls. these aren't walls actually. you can hear the neighbor's dishwasher as if it's your own 7. air conditioning is very loud. you won't be able to sleep at night, even if you switch your own a/c off (all the vents are outside in front of your window....) 8. considering all of the above it's way too expensive to live here
