This place needs to reinvest the advertising dollars on fixing their units or rehabbing the whole development. It is the classic bait and switch the new clubhouse is great but you can't sleep there. There is nothing new about these apartments they need serious work and upgrades. If you use your dryer in your two-bedroom apartment get ready to leave both bathroom fans on in your bathroom. The dryer puts out such humidity, that you need to leave the fans on to prevent the built up of condensation on your ceiling or walls. Unless you lived there for more than three years it would take an act of congress to get Direct TV in your apartment. So what this means you only option for TV is Comcast or fuzz (bunny ears dont work). Long and short unless they upgrade these units wait for the new units being built on West Street or buy a house.
