Apartment Review for Annapolis Roads Apartments - Annapolis, MD

I agree with the other posts...this complex may look appealing and the management will make you feel welcome and excited but after you sign those papers, its all downhill. I've been completely DISSATISFIED with the management and their unprofessional ways of dealing with situations. The maintenance work takes forever to get done and usually requires you to ask more than once. The rent is outrageous for what you are really offered. You even have to pay extra to use the pool with a family member or friend. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that parking was always available. Its apparent they are having money issues b/c they will find any way to charge you extra fees, etc. What needs to be done is to have a major makeover on the buildings themselves and to hire new staff b/c what they've got isn't working! If I had only had one or two bad experiences with them I wouldn't be posting this comment but after repeated offenses I feel its necessary to let others know before they get into a situation like mine. Save yourself money and sanity...go elsewhere.
