Apartment Review for Annapolis Roads Apartments - Annapolis, MD

We recently moved here from a house and have 2 small children and our children are used to having lots of space to run around in. We just received a letter about the running and loud thumps at night, well first of all we told the leasing agent that we would rather not be over a senior because we knew they would complain...sure enough we hadnt even been settled in and a complaint came in. The letter was telling us to try to change our ways.... UH hello give a little bit to get our children used to the apt life.... The leasing agent instead of swaying us from being over a senior failed to inform uswe would be right over top of one. Oh and the best they must not do a walk through because we moved in and our air did not even work. Good luck with parking too. Oh lets not forget if you get lots of deliveries people like to write on your boxes. I cant say its that bad I do feel safe and the area is great and yet they are old buildings they are decent but could use some updating (which I thought had been done prior to moving in). But if you have kids think firsabout this place....
