Apartment Review for Annapolis Roads Apartments - Annapolis, MD

I have to tell you that this is by far the WORST apartment we have rented from...My husband serves this country in the military and gets yelled at by SHERI SWEETSTER the property manager because he has orders to be transfered.... even though they knew we would be leaving. He got really angry and he left the building with a few choice words, and she being as unprofessional as she is chased him out yelling and ran in front of our car and was screaming in our window with our two children in the back seat. Luckily the guy that was in there signing the lease from what we understand decided he didn't want to be part of the horrible place. Then she had the nerve to call my husbands work and tell them he shoulnd't carry weapons, but fortunetly for my husband the command knew about all the problems with this place already. The MOLD, the outside doors that are to OUTDATED to get parts for so they do not lock. The 80 degree nights because they have to switch from heat to air, the supposed updated kitchen and baths, the ant infestation, OH the list goes on....... RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN, we have free military legal assistance, thank god, but you may not! So take the advice and pay a little extra. Harbour Gates was nice and I hear Westwinds is great...I know both managments were great with us!
