Apartment Review for Annapolis Roads Apartments - Annapolis, MD

They lie and lie and lie. Kim is the worst. I dont know how these people have jobs. Everything about my unit is a hoax. The caulk, the painted over vents/dust/outlets, doors dont fit, close or stay shut, Kim just wants to argue, mold all over the bathroom, its been 80 in my apt all week even though the ac is on 70, cockroaches, spiders, ants, power outages, horrible uneven floors all over, security doors dont work 100% of the time, cracks in the walls, leaky plumbing, paint chips and pot holes they wont fix because "theyre waiting for estimates", ceiiling fan is falling out of the ceiling, multi colored/multi sheened paint, carpet dont make it to the trim, gaps in carpet filled in with little strips of carpet, refrigerator has bootleg parts, instead of getting another dumpster or more pickups they let it pile up etc etc etc. This is a running list I WILL update it. Ive decided to go over their heads and contact Home Properties and my Regional Property Manager Mike Stark @410-356-3320. If you live here PLEASE do the same. If he does not step up then Im writing to the local papers, contacting my attorney, the Better Business Bureau, My States Attorney, The Housing Authority, the Fire Marshall, Housing Inspectors and any other agency or organization that I can find that will help me do battle with this monster called ANNAPOLIS ROADS APARTMENTS. DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER IT. LISTEN TO ME LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER LISTENED TO ANYONE BEFORE AS GOD IS MY WITNESS!!!!
