The new management (Archstone versus Thornbury) makes the old management look pretty competent. Maintenance dept is a nightmare, don't try to get anything fixed! And the comments about the high-crime areas are right on target. Don't rent here, there are TONS of apartments in Annapolis that are better and priced lower.  Need to rent an apartment?
