In addition to the gates always being broken, the drug and gun infested neighborhoods on either side it is full of crazy people. Two were evicted and one in particular is a bit of stalker. Management knows about him, they have had complaints and yet they let him stay forcing people, women that feel unsafe, to move out. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Annapolis has some much more to offer than this psycho ward.  Need to rent an apartment?
