i lived in this complex during the time of the renovations(1993-1997)and i can truly say nothing has changed from then to now.the openmarket drug dealing has not ended from what i can see by just driving through the complex.the best thing my husband and i did was to buy a home and get our children out while they were young.if you want to live in the getto -move there if not stay far far away.
