Apartment Review for Forest Hills Apartments - Annapolis, MD

I would not recommend living at Forest Hills to anyone. By day, the area looks nice, secure, and safe but by night its a different situation. I've heard gunshots on a couple of different occasions, most recently outside of my bedroom window, and my two cars have been broken into and vandalized many times. This area is a few blocks from robinwood, which houses alot of crime and drug activity, which tends to spread out towards this area. The office staff are a pain in the ass, and bicker about everything. The parking sucks. The apartment was newly renovated when we moved in, but they left behind drywall dust, an old dishwasher, and the stove ignition wasn't even hooked up, which means it was letting out gas but not igniting, which could have been bad. The noise level is horrible too. The rent isnt too bad but it's a bit overpriced. A bad experience overall. It's not a safe area and I wouldn't recommend it. If you want your cars broken into, a possibility of getting shot and a horribly bitchy office staff, then go ahead.
