Apartment Review for Forest Hills Apartments - Annapolis, MD

The only good thing about this place is the staff. They are all nice and polite, the office people have always been super friendly when I paid rent, even though it was late once. All the maintenance people have been friendly and helpful. The issues I have with the place are 1) We have roaches! They've sprayed a few times, now we seem to have more. 2) Our cars have been broken into, my fiances GPS was stolen along with a IPOD dock. Someone tried to steal the catalytic converter off my car all the bolts were stripped off the plate covering it( it's a 300$ part of your emissions system) 3) My mail got stolen. The post people left it in front of my door and someone stole it. 4) Each building has 1 washer and 1 dryer they are usually broken and the maintenance guys can't fix them someone has to come out and do it. 5) Very loud you can hear all the people who like to yell in the halls doing so at all hours, and there is blaring music coming from some where pretty much all the time. 6) There are shady people hanging around the property all night. I'm afraid to take my dog out at night alone. 7) There is dog crap all over the place. 8) The people who lived here when we moved in were nice since then they've all moved out and the people who replaced them are rude and inconsiderate of everyone but themselves. 9) On most weekend nights you can smell people smoking drugs from the hallway. 10) People are often sitting in there cars in the parking lots at night drinking and carrying on. When we moved in this was a pretty nice neighborhood, and I liked sitting outside and walking my dog around the block. Since then it's gone down hill and doesn't appear to be getting any better in the near future. If you move here and don't like going outside much it might not be to bad. I will be more then glad to move.
