Apartment Review for Forest Village - Annapolis, MD

Management changes often and each new manager does thier best to remove everyone but the people of thier own color. Tenants are always assumed to be liars. Dupsters constantly have funriture around them and people constantly trash the grounds.

Managemnt is aware that people are stealing chlothes from the laundry rooms however they do nothing to take care of the problem. My girlfirned had her underwear and 4 $50 shirts stolen from a dryer.

It took 2 months of air fresherners to get the musty cat smell out of the apartment. All apartements have this smell including the office/model. They only show you the office/model as if you see the real apartments and the neighbors you are with you will never return. The rent is too high for the shoddy level of service.

They schedule pest control at random and give you only a couple days notice that they are coming into your apartment as they try to find any reason to get you out.

Been here since 05 still here in 06 my lease is up soon I cant wait to get out.
