Apartment Review for Forest Village - Annapolis, MD

Me and My husband just moved here in December, we are in the military so we were looking for something cheap. Well cheap is exactly what we got and I dont mean the price. The parking and the maintenance are ok, but when it comes to the apartments, they are dirty! When they first show you the apartments, they seem fine, no bugs, no stains on the floors or anything like that. After only a few days of living here stains on the floor started to show and bugs started coming out. The managers love coing to your apartment with no warning, and if you dont answer the door quick enough, the like to use their own keys to your apartment to get in.

And another thing, the laundry is awful. It cost so much just to wash and dry one load and if you dont keep your eye on it, it will get stolen. The most important thing for everyone to know is that the crime is really bad. About a month ago Me and my husband were watching t.v. and we heard two gun shots. When we finally found out what was going on, it turned out to be some kind of fight, one of the men tried shooting the other one and ended up shooting himself in the leg twice. Then later on that month I was researching the apartment to see if anything else has happened and found out that an old woman was murderd over a year ago in these apartments.

I strongly recommend not even looking at this place expecially if you have kids.
