Apartment Review for Harbour Gates Apartments - Annapolis, MD

At first I liked it here, management was fine, apartment in semi-good condition (needs updating closet doors) no storage space for lineins or vacum cleaner, but I recently started reciving complaints from the neighbor below me that I was being overly noisy, which IS TRULEY not the case. I have lived in thre other apartment and never had any problems. Management has told me that I can relocate on my bill to another apartment in two months or leave rent responsible. They are admitting that I am not the problem by allowing me to relocate within the complex, but exspect me to foot the bill due to some *sshole that makes absurd complaints every week. Now I wished I never moved here and would advise that these apartments are not very sound proof. I can hear ever step my neighbor above me makes (but would never complain as the butthead below me bc its not the renters fault, its the cheap construction of the building.
