Apartment smelled terrible when i moved in. Tooks MONTHS of repeated serious cleaning and purchase of expensive air purifying. One bathroom still smells bad every couple days - perhaps sewer gas. Mgmt has not resolved. VERY NOISY - can hear footsteps above and on stairs. Unpleasant.  Need to rent an apartment?
