Apartment Review for Regatta Bay - Annapolis, MD

Prejudice, poor management, manipulative. When they can't evict you for late pay they harass you with other technics. They would spray every apartment around mine...but wouldn't spray my unit. And swear they did it. When you do that the bugs go to the place not sprayed!!!! Theywould inspect the apartment montly (no doubt looking for their bugs). So I'd have to spray myself. Sometimes entering without my knowledge. And if they couldn't give me a bad report on your housekeeping they take it to another level. They will actually continue to harass you until you're so fed up you WANT to leave.

Unless you're of a certain RACE. I had a few caucasian friends they didn't experience this...ask them how many Blacks live there!
