Apartment Review for Spa Cove Apartments - Annapolis, MD

I moved in October 1, 2004. I received a letter on Jan. 9, 2005 stating that I needed to move to another unit within 30 days because of renovations! I was informed that construction would start March 1 whether I was living there or not. This place was horribly managed before, but now is worse because of the new owners! Do a Google.com search on "Spa Cove" and read for yourself about the ILLEGAL requests coming from Case Edwards Management Co.!!
