Apartment Review for Spa Cove Apartments - Annapolis, MD

I moved to Spa Cove Apartments from western MD in 2003. From day one was concerned with roach problem, over crowding in apartments, and overall condition of establishment. Only signed a second year lease because of promises of major impovements! It only got worse! I opened my cubbards to have roaches fall in my hair, I was watching TV and had roaches crawl across my screen. Managements answer was to have roach bombs sitting at my door for me to treat my apartment myself. I leave for work in the morning and have dirty diapers beside my car or there is vomit in the parking lot or actual human waste!!! No LIE!! I come home to over-flowing dumpsterw! All for $1000 a month. Now being threatened to be sued for rent because I am only giving 30 day notice that I'm getting out of here!!! Would love to go to court with the evidence I have of what its like to live at Spa Cove!!!!!
