When I moved in NO ROACHES. Then here came the aliens. Place went downhill in 15 months. The rent is outrageous, but I guess not if you have two or three families living in a one-bedroom apt. and tossing in their tips for rent. From okay-affordable to out-and-out dump. Plus the "lovely" folks in the rental office boned me out of my security deposit BIG TIME. I left that apt. in better condition than when I moved in. Guess what???? The guy who was to lease it backed out 24 hours before moving in. So I went in afterwards. The a/c was down to 60 and BGE was going to bill me (the former tenant) for the bill! A bunch of crooks and hucksters - look elsewhere - PLEASE!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
