Apartment Review for Spa Cove Apartments - Annapolis, MD

I moved out because I got tired of living in a roach infested hog-pen that frequently had problems with AC and other amenities. My power bill went from a pleasingly cost effective $50/month in the winter to over $250 a month in the summer and the apartment would still never get below 80 degrees. There were what seemed to be multiple units that were half-way houses with people that required serious medication and when they didn't get it, they would be freaking out in the hallways of my building at least. Most of the staff is absolutely unbearable after you sign the lease, but the nice ones seem to get fed up with the ones in charge and leave.... I wasn't allowed to park at the parking lot closest to my building because I lived in Spa Cove and that parking lot had was reserved for Spa Cove Parking???? Don't ask, because I didn't understand either... so I walked about 200 yards to my car all the time.....I would say you'd be better off paying a little more and living somewhere else, Years ago it wasn't bad, it wasn't great, but not bad, when I left it wasn't bad either, it was the worst.....
