Apartment Review for Spa Cove Apartments - Annapolis, MD

staff was very friendly when you first move in and then everyhting changes. parking was horrible i could never find a spot i moved in, in july of 2008 and one of the things i was looking for was a pool and fitness center , the leasing office said it would be open by mid august of 2008. by the end of august i consulted them about the fitness center not openening they said they had some set backs but it would be open in october october rolls around still not open in the end i moved out in july of 2009 and the pool nor the fitness center was ever opened. several times i had the feeling that the matience had been in my apartment things were moved lights were on that were off when i had left. but when i asked they said noone had been in the apartment. in the end when i moved out they tried to make me replace the carpet and said i was to pay it with in 24hrs. the next day i called back and talked to someone else supposedly now the carpet had not been replaced yet and now i had 2 weeks so i told them well who i spoke to yesterday said the carpets had already been replaced and now they have not soo what am i getting charged with she put me on hold and came back and said ooh yeah the carpets have been replaced..THEY LIE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF OF YOUR MONEY. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPLEX PLENTY OF BETTER APARTMENTS IN ANNAPOLIS!!!
