Numerous fires in one year, all totally gutting several apartments. No sprinkler system. Rents to unresponsible tenants. Lower apartments infested with bugs. Old fixtures, appliances old, constantly breaking. No supervision on parking lot or grounds. Takes several days to respond to maintence requests. Grade D-.  Need to rent an apartment?
