Apartment Review for Watergate Village - Annapolis, MD

If you are 20-30, immature, work in bars, like to party, this can be a great place! Conversely, if you are a professional/family oriented tenant-- be prepared for obnoxious neighbors sitting on their balconies chain smoking and talking loudly about nothing!!(typically around 3 am when the bars close). Watergate rents to alot of "roomates", and consequently, expect typical post-college behavior (i.e., no consideration for neighbors). Nice landscaping, and attentive to service requests. I wonder why the staff rents out so easily to roomates, who mostly act like they own the place by revving up their engines @3 am, chain smkoking (which seeps through the walls)
