Watergate is nice, but too expensive

I have lived here for a year, but am moving when my lease is up because it's too expensive for what you get. The place is nice, high ceilings, our unit has a new kitchen, close to the water. Our one bedroom + den is pretty small and drafty. Overall, I like it and don't really want to move, but I think I can get a better bargain in Annapolis.  Need to rent an apartment?
