Apartment Review for Westwind Apartments - Annapolis, MD

I lived here for two years while trying to save $$ for a condo. It was very well managed and the upkeep and maintenance was awesome. Management communicates often with tenants and is very concerned about tenants well-fare and safety (see newly installed security gate/fence.) The pool is a great bonus! Downsides: Can hear people above you (esp dogs), I had ants and parking can be annoying (I have lots of dings to show for that!) But otherwise, background checks are thorough and I never had major issues with my neighbors. Everyone seemed to keep to themselves. Might not be a new and fancy as some other complexes, but, the management and maintence people did seem to care.
